I can't find anything in the search so I figured I'd ask. Does anyone have a full PDF manual download for free? Although that doesn't seem like the full manual. There are no trouble shooting guides and its only 68 pages.

The non electric start models manuals are pages. A service manual is different. I would be surprised if you find a copy of the factory service manual online. It's copyrighted material and reproducing it is illegal.

Does anyone have a manual PDF or have a link to one??? I'm also looking for a service manual. I been looking as well and someone in the other thread posted there is one for a xr thats all. I wish there was one online i can save 50 bucks if there was. Went through the same problem and could not find an online manual. Finally gave up and ended up buying one on Ebay.

I think there is a couple of them currently listed. I would not mind having it for piece of mind though. And i was looking yesterday for the manual and you can pick em up used on a site or 2 for like 24 bucks is the cheapest i saw. Hello Minime. I am looking for the proper procedure for adjusting the valves on a CRF F. Can you help me out? Just PM me with your regular email address and I'll send you the scanned pages on valve clearance from the manual.

The procedure reads:. Rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise and align the "T" mark on the flywheel with the index mark on the left crankcase cover. Check the clearance of the intake and exhaust valves by inserting the feeler gauge between the adjusting screw and the rocker arm.

If anyone needs for later years, just let me know. Adjust by loosening the lock nut and turning the adjusting screw until there is a slight drag on the feeler gauge. If anyone needs scans from the F service manual I have one that covers the ''05 models. Just let me know. Anyone ever get a scan of the service manual? I've got a 04 and I'm not really looking for a certain section right now, just wanted to have the PDF just in case I have an '04 also and the service manual for it.
